1. We consent to the personal information provided in support of the application (whether in this document or otherwise) being held by the lender and to it being used by it for all or any of the following purposes:

• a. For the lender to decide whether or not to grant a loan and whether or not to accept the guarantor as guarantor,
• b. Administering the loan
• c. Enforcing payment and other legal obligations
• d. Supplying us with information about services offered by the lender
• e. Notifying credit reporters of default and, when permitted under the Privacy Act 1993, of further more comprehensive information.

2. For the purposes of 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) you the lender may supply information to other parties such as credit reporters, debt collection agencies, solicitors, other creditors, our employers and our relatives

3. We acknowledge and agree that item 2 may include supplying information to our family or other members of our household if the lender telephones us and is unable to speak to one of us directly.

4. We hereby authorise and request all persons to provide the lender and its successors and assigns with such information as they may at any time request about us, the signatories, and with respect to all or any of the purposes listed above. Further, the lender may provide information about its dealings with us to any third party listed in clause 2 above.

5. We note that the lender acknowledges that any person is entitled to request access to, and (if required) correction of, any personal information held about him/her by the lender.

6. We are aware and agree that the lender provide to the guarantor any information used by the lender in deciding to grant credit or vary the loan agreement which the lender considers should be provided also to the guarantor.

7. We promise that the information given in this application is correct to our best knowledge, information and belief.
